Claudia Lynx was born in Tehran, Iran, and moved with her family to Oslo, Norway when she was just three months old. She got her start in commercials for baby products on television. Then she moved to Toronto, Canada when she was five, and started working as a child actress. She was a professional model traveling the world by the time she was 15 years old. But how did all that happen to a little girl from Iran, and where does Lynx plan to go next? Getting Started in the Modeling World

Lynx appeared in ads for Levi's, and on a number of magazine covers. She also appeared in several magazines from the early days of her modeling career through much of her life. But before she started traveling the world, she worked in print ads and TV commercials closer to home. The baby products commercials were only the beginning. By the time she was three, she was working as an actress and a model in parts of Europe. She loved acting, and her family could see how much she enjoyed being in front of the camera. Once she moved to Toronto, her modeling and acting work continued. She starred in kids' shows, and became very popular with the Iranian community and Toronto in general.

She started hosting kids' shows when she was 11, and used that to supplement her modeling work. Then at 13, she started writing and producing her own shows, in which she also starred. She began modeling full-time at 15, and was in ads for Pepsi and in fashion shows. Later, she admitted that the runway shows were very hectic and she really didn't enjoy the fast pace. She made a demo tape and a music video to be a singer when she was 16, but later decided that it wasn't for her. She didn't pursue it, but the demo was released two years later without her consent. It performed relatively well, but it was the last of her musical career. She was much more focused on acting at that point, and on making a name for herself in show business.

Making the Move to Acting

Lynx has been in several movies and TV shows. Most notably, she was on West Wing in 1999. But she's also played in The Sixth (2011) and Lady Magdelene's (2008). The Sixth was about a coven of witches and a demon, while Lady Magdelene's starred Jack Black and was much more of a comedy. As a government agent who got into trouble, Black's character ends up on desk duty and has to address tax issues at a brothel. But by working with the Madam, he uncovers a plot to blow up Hoover Dam and much more. Both movies did relatively well, although Lynx isn't particularly well-known by American audiences and hasn't been in Hollywood movie productions where her name might stand out.

She was also seen in The Jackson's are Coming, which was a British documentary about the Jackson family. Lynx is close friends with two of the Jackson siblings, Tito and Janet. Lynx remains one of the most popular models in Iran. During the documentary she confirmed she had never been in a romantic relationship with any of the Jackson's, because tabloid reports had alluded to that in the past. She's very active on social media, allowing her fans to follow her travels and adventures as a model and actress. There are pictures of her doing all kinds of things all over the world, and fans can read about all the things she's doing as she travels the world.

But Lynx keeps a lot of her personal life to herself. Whether she's in a relationship and what she does with her spare time aren't that widely known, and Lynx would prefer to keep it that way. While she's very popular in Iran and still popular in Europe, she really hasn't made the move to Hollywood in the way that man other actresses have. Other than her appearances on West Wing, she hasn't been in the spotlight in the United States much at all. She's gained a following, though, by those who are stunned by her beauty and appreciative of her acting, singing, and modeling talents. It's very likely that fans will see a lot more from Lynx in the future.
