Eissa Al Mana is the young child of Janet Jackson and her ex-husband, Wissam Al Mana. Born on January 3, 2017, Eissa Al Mana was Janet Jackson's first child. Janet and Wissam had been dating for five years when they had gotten married. Their child was conceived and born shortly thereafter. After Eissa Al Mana was born, Wissam and Janet quickly began to grow apart. For little Eissa Al Mana, being born was synonymous with hitting the jackpot, to a certain degree. Eissa Al Mana was born on January 3, 2017. Eissa was Janet Jackson's first child, whom she had at the age of 50. Janet Jackson is one of the most celebrated female popstars of all time. As the sister of Michael Jackson, Janet has stayed in the headlines for her entire life.  Eissa's father, Wissam Al Mana, is a business magnate from Qatar. Wissam is the executive director for the Al Mana Group, a massive company with more than 300 outlets spanning industries from real estate to luxury goods. As a result of Eissa's parentage, Eissa is both Qatari and American in terms of his nationality.

Janet Jackson isn't known for being very public with her private relationships. When she was just 18-years-old, she eloped with James DeBarge. A year later, the marriage would be annulled.  Since then, Jackson has been linked to Rene Elizondo, Jermaine Dupri, and finally Wissam Al Mana. Wissam and Janet had been dating since 2010, though they worked hard to keep their relationship under wraps. It took a paparazzi photograph for Janet and Wissam to break the news about their relationship.  Only two years later, Janet and Wissam Al mana would end up tying the knot.

After five years of marriage, Janet and Wissam made the announcement via social media that they were expecting a child. Janet had to famously pull out of her Unbreakable world tour, set for 2016, in order to go through with her pregnancy. She shared the announcement via social media before delaying her tour. At the time, it appeared that Janet and Wissam were building a family for the long-haul, but that wasn't the case.

An Unknown Future

Despite the high-profile nature of their pregnancy announcement, things did not remain rosy between Wissam and Janet.  After Eissa was born in January, his famous parents would end up calling it quits. Despite the divorce, Janet has been quick to praise and cherish the child that she shares with her ex-husband. Janet says of Eissa, "Even in his short 17 months on the planet, he has showed me that love, no matter how deeply you believe you have experienced that emotion, can always go deeper." Janet went on to discuss how fortunate she was to have someone to care for, finishing by saying, "I am at peace. I am blessed. I feel bliss." Despite Janet's positivity, the acrimonious nature of the divorce has continued to make headlines in the tabloids and gossipy corners of the internet.

Despite their decision to split up, Janet and Wissam have yet to officially file the paperwork for their divorce. Wissam Al Mana has constantly spoken highly of his son Eissa and it appears that he will work hard to stay in the life of his child. Wissam and Janet are reportedly trying to work together in order to raise Eissa with both parents in his life. Despite this, the different cultures at play have made it hard for the former couple to stay amicable. According to the publication People Magazine, Al Mana has been cooperative with visitation scheduling and has agreed to hire the same nanny that Janet has on her own payroll.

While a divorce is never the best situation for a child, it appears that Eissa is in good hands with two loving parents. With a business mastermind for a father and one of the most influential pop-stars of all time as a mother, we bet that Eissa is going to end up being just fine. Though, to be fair, Eissa hasn't had a chance to give his opinion on the situation. He is only two-years-old, however, so we guess that we will forgive him.
