Michaela Romanini was born on January 1, 1971, somewhere in Italy. Nobody knows who her parents are or how she came into her vast fortune. In her early years, she was known as an Italian socialite and beauty icon.  Romanini has shared old modeling pictures on her social media accounts that were dated back to the early '90s.

Michaela Romanini would go viral out west when her photos were used in a variety of 'Plastic Surgery Gone Wrong' compilations. It appears that at some point in her youth, Romanini had decided to alter her looks. Her decision to go under the knife would become her primary claim to fame as her photos began to get shared more and more often. Despite her name becoming a meme on the internet, Romanini has been perfectly content to never make a response. In fact, nobody can say with certainty that Michaela Romanini is even aware of the internet's perspective on her plastic surgery.

Enigmatic Italian Model & Socialite

When Michaela was growing up in Italy, she was renowned for her natural beauty. By the time that Romanini had turned twenty, she was known around the country for her modeling work. While there is no specific company attached to her modeling photos, it is clear that she was a knockout. Romanini would gain a reputation for being an international beauty and fans around the world would take notice. However, things wouldn't stay that way.

Determined to perfect her already flawless appearance, Romanini would find herself increasingly under the knife. With each additional surgery, Romanini would look less and less like her old self. As her surgeries increased in their severity, her fame began to grow in concert. Eventually, Romanini was frequently compared to Megan Fox and this caught the attention of the Hollywood actress. Fox wouldn't comment directly on the comparisons or Romanini's surgeries, but she did have some sage advice. Fox spoke in a brief interview on the subject of plastic surgery by saying, "I would encourage anyone who wants plastic surgery to first speak with a therapist, to try to figure out where this want comes from." This was the last time that Fox spoke on the subject. 

While Romanini has kept her childhood off of the internet, a few pictures have managed to find their way to the internet. Older pictures show that Romanini began undergoing lip collagen injections when she was still relatively young. According to plastic surgeons who have reviewed her work, Romanini apparently had suffered from a reaction during her procedure. The outcome of the flopped procedure would leave Romanini essentially scarred forever.

According to Joan Rivers, people can become addicted to plastic surgery. Largely coming from a place of insecurity, people like Michaela Romanini will continue to get work done in order to solve a problem that they don't know they have. According to a reporter, Romanini fell in love with collagen injections so much that they would eventually become akin to a drug. The reporter said, "Eventually, the injections became like a drug to Romanini, who continued to have them until her lips morphed."

Romanini has documented more surgical procedures than just simple lip injections. According to the great Dolly Parton, "If I see something sagging, bagging, or dragging, I'll get it nipped, tucked or sucked." Romanini would go on to have several more prominent optional procedures including chest enhancement, surgery on her nose, and dental work.

Outside of her viral run-ins with botched plastic surgery, there is next-to-nothing to know about Michaela Romanini. Romanini does have a public Instagram account though posts are rare, vague, and mostly impersonal. Whether Romanini ever addresses her surgical issues or not, we truly hope she can find contentment for herself.
